The Art Nouveau building of the town hall, the town hall, standing on M.R. Štefánik Námestie, which is the seat of the Topolčany municipality, is shown on Euro Souvenir. Its construction was decided by a vote of the city council in 1909. The foundation stone of the building was laid on May 9, 1911, and a memorial file was placed in it. On January 27, 1912, a ceremonial meeting was held in it. The building was designed by builder Imrich Szöts. The last complex reconstruction of the building took place in 1994-96. The town hall in Topoľčany is included among the national cultural monuments.
The city of Topoľčany decided to release it on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the town hall building.
The Topoľčany Euro Souvenir will be officially issued at the 30th meeting of the Town Council in Topoľčany on February 2, 2022.
